Had a great experience with Metro Garage Door Repair. The gentleman who came to my home was on time and courteous. Checked my door and verified issues he saw. He didn't try and sell me anything. Just gave me advice on how to best keep my door in working order. I asked for my rollers to be upgraded and to have a tune up on the door. They gave me a reasonable price and were in and out quickly.

Called on Thursday and was told I had an appointment schedule for Saturday, between 9a-11a to program the garage door openers. On Saturday, I called around 11:15a because no one showed up I hadn't heard from anyone. I was told that the appointment was scheduled for Thursday, which I refuted because Thursday is Thanksgiving Day. I was then told the next available appointment wasn't until the following Tuesday and maybe there was a glitch in the scheduling system when I called. I canceled the appointment.

Called at 9:30 am needing a spring repair. Aldo was at my house by 10:30 and even though i actually needed some extra repair for my door to be structurally sound. He was done and everything was working perfectly by 11:30am! Awesome service, super knowledgeable and friendly. A+ for sure!
