John Tsironis at Metro Realty is a professional, efficient and friendly agent whohas a thorough knowledge of the market and gave me accurate predictions. He has an extensive client list and database and was able to secure a buyer within a week. An amazing result. I am an investor and had been with Metro for more than 5 years leasing my apartment in Glebe. Throughout the years, the Metro Team had been amazing even though the trying years of COVID. All their tenants recommended are of high quality and I had no issues of worrying non payment or paying for broken appliances. Patrycja always updated my account ledger on time and answer any questions fast and efficient. Recently I listed my property for sale, the team in Metro had been working so closely and I really admire their commitment and teamwork among each other. Teejay has been so supportive to get me good reasonable results and together with Tyler who also had been assisting to look for me great tenants before the sales. If you want great teamwork, Metro Realty is the one. Joseph and Cintia are also such a great team who had been giving great advice on the market trends when needed.

Cintia did an outstanding job leading the sale of my apartment. She was efficient, proactive, and highly organised, handling everything from obtaining quotes, coordinating access and interacting with building management and strata. Everything that was required was put in front of me at the right time and nothing was a problem when asked. All of my queries were handled promptly and efficiently via the chat group Metro set up for the sale. What could have been a daunting process felt almost seamless thanks to her initiative and attention to detail. When it came to engaging buyers, the team truly excelled. Cintia’s management of open houses and viewings was exceptional, and she secured a sale with impressive speed. This quick turnaround was undoubtedly driven by thorough preparation and a well-executed campaign that generated strong market interest. Genuine and trustworthy. Cintia has been among the best agents I have worked with for purchasing a property- always came across as being prompt, genuine and caring. She is an absolute gem of a person who takes utmost care of the property itself( making sure we had shoe covers on when we first went to inspect) to following up and being honest about the whole scenario without being pushy, and helped settle the exchange of contract even on her day off.
