Excellent professional service. I needed to sell a couple of properties in Sydney CBD as an executor to a will, so I wanted someone who would take point and get things moving efficiently, speedily and also would get the best price. Tolga managed all of those things and more. Within a couple of weeks of listing the properties were sold. Tolga took care of everything along the way, communications were excellent and timely and I always knew what was happening and when.

I rented a property managed by Boutique Property Agents, and had a very positive experience throughout my tenancy. They were consistently fair when it came to rent increases and always communicated changes clearly and in advance. Any repair requests were handled efficiently, and I always felt like my concerns were taken seriously. It's rare to find a property management agent who balances the interests of both the tenant and the landlord so well. Excellent operator, great result. Brilliant from start to finish. Tolga came up with a very sensible plan for the sale project and executed it perfectly. There were no overbearing high pressure salesman tactics or over the top marketing ideas. He was very thorough with following up leads and ultimately achieved a great result in good time. It was a pleasure entrusting him to such an important project.
