Just when you thought real estate agents couldn’t get any worse, you roll into a property for a rental inspection to find the previous couple still inhabiting the place. “Take off your shoes” and “mind the cats” (no warning to those with allergies. The lady is eating lunch in the kitchen, the man is working in the back room, both visibly uncomfortable. Not to mention us, we couldn’t really inspect the place properly with all the junk. Deeply inhumane to be treating those people that way and dragging us desperate to rent out for nothing. Shame on you, Metrocity Reality, clearly disrespectful of the human being.

Richard has been fantastic to deal with. He is prompt to reply to emails and communicates very well. He has gone above and beyond to ensure we found the right tenants for our rental property. We would definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again.
