Leanne and the Ray white team have always been attentive to our needs as tenants. This included considering impact to us, when renovations were done, and tailoring inspection times to suit availability. Leanne has always conducted herself professionally and her supporting team has been helpful and professional whislt performing inspections. Most of all, we are happy renting and wish to stay for the foreseeable future with our family !

Emma did an outstanding job leasing our Brisbane CBD studio. She had it rented within three days, with strong inspection numbers and a quality applicant. Communication was excellent throughout — Emma always got back to me promptly, kept me informed, and followed through on everything she said she would do. She was proactive, organised, and decisive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We own three rental properties, and based on our experience, Emma is absolutely the best property manager we have worked with. After a frustrating experience with our previous manager, the difference was night and day. my property was previously managed by Uniloge and they had kept ii vacant for 4 weeks, and the room had been left dirty since the previous tenant moved out. So I terminated with Uniloge and passed the property to Raywhite which is currently looking after my other property in the same building. Emma from Ray White City Living has demonstrated impressive professionalism: quickly taking over from Uniloge, meticulously inspecting the premisses, arranging for professional cleaning, placing advertisement, and screening suitable tenant. Everything was completed perfectly. My property is officially leased within one week.
