Had some bad luck on the highway and hit a huge piece of tire that messed up the front of my car. I brought it here and they seriously did such a great job. Jacob was super helpful and kept me in the loop the whole time! They had my car looking brand new and finished way faster than I expected like within a week. Definitely recommend if you ever need body work done!

I had the best experience here. He even towed my car to his shop, very good communication and will let you know how the car is coming along while working on the car. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. I recommend Metroplex auto to anyone needing any services they offer. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

I am from Midland, TX. We had a horrible hailstorm and the shops in Midland/Odessa area had put me in waiting lists for MONTHS. My vehicle left undriveable and I needed someone to look into repairs quick (I was already 4 months waiting) and still no calls from local shops. Let me tell you, I spoke to Jason and he said I didn't have to wait longer he could take it in ASAP. All we had to do is deliver it over there, he helped so much especially with communication with the insurance. Jason and everyone in the shop are super helpful, great communication 👏 professional, and knowledgeable. Although the car was a total loss, Jason went above and beyond for us, can't thank him enough. I highly recommend and will continue to come back for all my repairs. Definitely worth the drive.

From my initial phone call till my car was ready, everything exceeded my expectations. They were prompt and thorough with the estimate. The price quoted was very reasonable. The finished work is excellent. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.
