Bought a beautiful 14ct Gold Statue of Liberty charm today, the service was wonderful, the gentlemen were warm, kind and friendly, it made buying the charm all the more special, I would definitely go back, thank you x
I had one of the worst fine-jewelry experiences of my life at this store. They offered me a ring labeled $330,000 for $65,000, which was already concerning. I asked to see the GIA certificate before paying, but they refused and said they would only send it after the purchase. After I paid in full, they still would not provide the certificate and sent the ring with nothing but a photocopied A4 “GIA” paper, which immediately raised red flags. The ring’s actual value was far below what I paid, and they refused any return or refund. There was no clear policy explained at purchase, and once they had my money, they took zero responsibility. Only a week later, after repeated firm demands, I finally received the original GIA certificate. I’ve bought fine jewelry in New York many times, and this is the only place where I felt misled, pressured, and financially taken advantage of. Protect yourself and stay away from this store.
I had a wonderful experience in this shop. The gentlemen were kind, helpful, and found beautiful pieces of jewelry that I adore. And the antique collection is amazing. I will definitely return on my next trip to New York.
I was wondering why this place got bad reviews. Its an antique store, how bad can it be? Based upon the pics on Google it looked big so I figured we could walk around. Nope. Only the first floor. Someone had to take us up the the other floor(s) but we had to know what we wanted. Never heard of a store like that before so we only got to see the first floor. The sales guy followed us around which is always annoying. Tried to lay it on thick with the "sales". Tried to talk to me about glass art but didn't even know that there are hot shops in the US. Just don't bother with this place.
EXCEPTIONAL PRECIOUS COLLECTION of antique furniture, artefacts, chess-sets, artworks, chandeliers, jewellery and more…. Well priced with easy shipping organise by the shop. Nice owner Team - well established family business. Truly NEW YORK top best antique gallery amongst others, probably owns the best and genuine collections on the entire East coast. We live in Sydney Australia, sadly there is not a single so-called antique shop own any piece of their collection. Highly recommend. June 2024
