Such a great management company! I’ve been their client as a renter and as a homeowner. I’ve always felt they served their tenants while protecting their homeowners. My home is inspected regularly and maintained meticulously, protecting my investment. I would recommend them for either tenants or homeowners!

Everything has been smooth sailing, if any issues arise the property management jumps on it and squares it away. I had a question regarding the renters insurance requirements and Tye was able to assist and take care of it right away. Renting made easy!

MHN Properties initially started out as heaven sent! .. we were in constant communication with Courtney Rosen. She answered any and all questions, was quick to reply and was extremely helpful during the process of entrusting this company with our property. Not sure the reasoning, but this year Angelea Salazar became the new person of contact. Communication is now very poor and inconsistent, messages often go unanswered, and issues get pushed to the back burner. Since the management switch, things have only gone downhill. Promised work hasn't been followed through on. Overall quality and attention to detail have become sloppy. Our tenants had similar feedback. They complained of communication issues, unexplained balances and the constant need to reach out and follow up because emails/phone calls were ignored. Fortunately, we were able to assist our tenants with any issues that were ignored by MHN since we didnt want MHNs shortcomings to impact our tenants experience. Since there is no way to guarantee knowing our next tenant, my family and i have decided to entrust our home with a different company. I highly recommend if you are considering this company, to reconsider. It is not worth it. We wanted a property management company for peace of mind and only ended up with a headache. I would like to add that towards the end of our time with MHN we did speak to someone named Cody. He was very nice and tried hard to assist. Unfortunately, we were already beyond frustrated with the lack of communication/excuses from Ms. Salazar and it felt as if he was just thrown into responsibility of our home. I understand things happen, i understand being oversaturated with work, but when timely updates, proper maintenance and professionalism are no longer a priority a serious problem is occurring. I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes meaningful improvements. Update: Sorry to hear about the short staffing … no one should have to work during maternity leave! Glad my plan worked though — figured I’d get a quicker response here than waiting on the call or email I was promised from your staff. Since I’ve got your attention, I just wanted to mention our former tenants are being charged for nails in the garage that were already there before they moved in. We’ve got photos if proof is needed.. I just don’t want them unfairly charged. Thanks for taking the time to look into it! Hope things calm down for you soon. Have a great day :)

This morning I sent an email inquiring about becoming a vendor at MHN. This past couple months has proven to be extremely difficult getting your foot in any property management companies here. Tye was on it getting back with me and I mean quick! I can say I'm appreciative for that most of all since I've been scrambling since the slower seasons are quickly coming up for what I do for a living and bills stacking up too..Tye was professional and nice and I honestly haven't had much nice lately just cold emails.. so though I haven't gotten my for in the door, I can say this property managements front office is quick to answer any inquiries you may have and I know if I was a potential tenant that's even more welcoming cuz moving is stressful as it is and anyone taking time to make life just a little more easier I completely grateful for. .. Thanks so much, appreciate you. If I get my foot in the door I'll give them the whole 5 🤩. Lol
