We had an amazing experience in Miami! Our captain, Yoennis, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, professional, and made us feel comfortable from the very start. He knew the best spots to show us, shared interesting facts, and made the trip so much fun. The boat was clean and well-kept, and the whole ride felt safe and enjoyable. We had a phenomenal experience with Mia Boat Rental Miami! After another rental company pulled a last-minute bait and switch on us, Yaz at Mia came through in a clutch. He was incredibly professional, responsive, and made the whole process seamless. Our captain, Javier, was excellent, skilled, friendly, and made sure we had an unforgettable time out on the water. Communication was top-notch from booking to boarding. The cherry on top? A complimentary bottle of champagne that kicked off the trip perfectly. Our boating experience was so much fun! We made a reservation last minute and thankfully our Captain, Orlando, was able to accommodate us and take us out. The boat was spacious and clean. Orlando was very friendly and our family felt safe with him in charge. We would definitely choose to go again.
