My family chartered a yacht for my 60th birthday celebration and it was the best birthday party I have ever had!!!! The yacht was spectacular; the captain and crew were amazing. We chartered the beautiful 50ft Prestige this past Friday to celebrate a Birthday. We had such an amazing time. Kate was our contract through Tropicalboat Charters. She was so helpful and responsive, so was Captain Steve and Joe. Joe was amazing at making sure everyone had their drinks and snacks. The Prestige was in mint condition. We had the best time. Making it part of the family fun once a month! Thanks Kate and team! Keep up the great work.
I must say our yacht day with Tropical Boat Luxury Yacht Charters was the highlight of our Miami weekend. Captain Austin and his first Mate Tila were 5 star and the professionalism and assistance with our group was unmatched. The boat was beautiful and well equipped for all our needs. Well beyond our expectations. We received a discounted cash rate and could bring aboard any food/drinks/music we wanted. It was the absolute best. You have to be so selective about what yacht charter company you use because safety is a must when boats and booze are involved. Tropical Boat really took care of our girls and made sure everyone felt safe and had A TON OF FUN! The coordinator Miss Kate was also amazing answering all my questions and addressing concerns and issues that came up with the ongoing pandemic.
Kate, As per usual, your services were above and beyond. Your attention to detail and individuality is far beyond the best. The late night text and calls, The midstream changes and day of adjustments you handled with grace. Every time i charter with you, you give me the best yacht option for our budget. The crew was phenomenal. Very helpful and understanding, they offered help throughout the charter and remained very professional.
