Not just bad service, they're scammers!!! We booked a shuttle online for April 18th to Sawgrass Shopping Mall. The departure time was 9:30 AM from in front of the store. We were there at 9:00 AM and waited for 10 minutes with the crowd in front of the store. Then we went inside to ask. They said the shuttle had left because we hadn't registered inside at 9:00 AM. The 9:30 AM shuttle never came because there was no one there. Thieves! They openly said they couldn't help and left us stranded. They told us to call for a refund, but they answered the phone and hung up on us without saying a word. A little further on, we booked another shuttle for 10:30 AM inside the Breeza store, and it arrived on time. Now for the most interesting part… this bus also stopped in front of that store and picked up a lot of passengers. STAY AWAY!!! Get together with 2-3 people and take Uber.

The best tour to Key West. With the help of Erika, who was very kind and helpful, we were able to take the full-day tour, trusting in the hands of our driver, who was especially attentive to the responsibility of taking us there. We had a beautiful day on this key, which, although not close, is totally worth visiting with Miami Tours. Don't miss it!

A wonderful experience on our last day in Miami with my baby Luciana. Many thanks to Ms. Ericka, an Ecuadorian like us, who helped us and was incredibly kind. I will definitely take one of their tours when we return to Miami. Thank you so much for the excellent service.

Excellent service from Erika (I think her last name is Lozano), very kind and always willing to answer all our questions and guide us in making the best tour decisions. We also traveled with Dios, who was very kind and responsible while driving. Highly recommended.
