I need to say Managers Victoria and Josh were amazing. Why? Not only did they personally introduce themselves to me but personally made sure my order did not have any gluten or red meat cross-contamination. They personally brought my food out to me. The gluten free pasta was the best I have found in the US. The shells were huge with blackened chicken, mushrooms, Alfredo sauce. I also had the cobble salad with ranch. Everything was very good and filling. I couldn't finish all the pasta or salad. I could not eat the sherbet for dessert. I do recommend making a reservation it can be hard to get in on weekends. I would highly recommend this restaurant for all celiac, gluten allergy, red meat allergy with confidence.
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Mia’s Italian Kitchen, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Carlos. He was beyond kind, attentive, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We’re visiting from California, and being in a new state and trying a new restaurant, it meant a lot to receive such outstanding service. Carlos made the experience feel comfortable, fun, and memorable. The food was nothing short of incredible! Fresh, authentic, and truly mind-blowing! But Carlos’s service is what really set this visit apart. He is the kind of server that makes you want to come back again and again. Thank you, Carlos, for such an awesome dining experience!
We pulled into Mia’s Italian Kitchen around 6:20 pm and immediately noticed how packed the parking lot was. After circling a bit, we managed to snag a spot and took it as a good sign that the place must be popular. We didn’t have a reservation, and the host let us know the next available table wouldn’t be until about 9:30 pm. Thankfully, bar seating was open and offered the full menu, so we grabbed two seats there. For entrées, we ordered the Beef Lasagna and the Margherita Pizza with Pepperoni. We also tried the Gingernata, which was a mix of limonata soda, ginger syrup, lime juice, and blackberries. It turned out to be a great complement to the meal. Overall, despite the long wait time for a table, the bar option saved the evening. The food was solid, the drink was memorable, and the atmosphere was lively. If you’re planning to visit during peak hours, a reservation is definitely the way to go, but the bar is a great fallback.
Mia’s! Everyone loves this place - me not so much. The service is stellar and should be highly commended! The place is large so there’s a ton of background noise, so you won’t have a cozy atmosphere. They have an amazing 5 plate special for a set price so if you’re feeding a crowd this is perfect for you. Just make sure you get a LARGE table to fit everything. My food I really wanted to love, but for me, my personal opinion, it had way too much pepper. The bucatini, yes, it should have black pepper, the red sauces, no. Just my thought…and it may not be yours, you may like that aspect.
My son and I went for my birthday here. I set a reservation for 3:30pm did indicate on the reservation it was a birthday. Sadly this was never acknowledged. Upon arriving nobody was at the station and we waited about 5 minutes or so. I did see one of the servers at the bar but he never said anything just kept going. We finally were helped and sat. Gentleman who did so was nice. Thankfully the food made up for the inconsistent arrival experience. You could tell the staff was getting ready for the evening crowd. The manager walked by a few times but never spoke. Again I think they were busy getting ready for a rush. Our server Leila was nice and checked on us. I would come back again because the food was outstanding and the decor is beautiful. I would suggest always providing excellent service despite the time of day especially upon arrival.
