We had been to Vincenzo a couple of times and had always enjoyed it tremendously. This time, however, I cannot give five stars. The arancini appetizer was excellent. My mom's salmon was, unfortunately, a little fishy. It was not bad and she finished it at home after she put a generous amount of sauce on it, but she said she would definitely get something else next time. My pesto pasta was good. I ordered it with chicken, shrimp and filet tips and was surprised to find only two shrimp in it. There was a good amount of chicken and filet, but two shrimp for $12 does not seem reasonable. The lemonchello cake was absolutely delicious, but it was the smallest slice of cake I had ever been served in my life. It was a very tiny sliver for $13. I always order lemonchello cake there and I do not remember it ever being that small. I will probably give the restaurant another chance after a while because my two previous experiences there had been impeccable, but those issues definitely need to be addressed.

First of all, the service was really bad. When we first arrived, no one welcomed us we were ignored for the first two minutes. Then a staff member finally came and seated us outside. Our waitress, whose name was Maria or something similar, didn’t even say hello. She just put the utensils on the table, gave us a rude expression, and walked away. The food was also not good, especially considering how much we paid. We were planning not to leave any tip because of the poor service and food. However, we were surprised that a 20% gratuity was already added to our bill and for what level of service? We were only four people, so we don’t understand why automatic gratuity was included.

Had an amazing dinner at Vincenzo near Pointe Orlando! The food was outstanding from start to finish. The fresh pasta with clams was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and tasted authentically Italian. We also tried the calamari appetizer and the beef carpaccio, and both were absolutely delicious — fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service was excellent. If you’re looking for great Italian food in the area, Vincenzo is definitely worth a visit! 🍝🇮🇹✨

Absolutely spectacular! Wonderful service and incredible food. Romantic and intimate atmosphere - upscale casual to me. Highly recommend the arancini appetizer - one of the best plates we’ve had yet. Reasonably priced for the great quality and generous portions.

The food was absolutely wonderful and great portions for what you pay for. The bread is phenomenal but the service is what really made our night special. Frankie is a complete delight. He’s funny, attentive, and made our time there fun. Definitely will be coming back next time we’re in Orlando.
