Our experience was a real journey as we worked to secure a commercial property for our business, and throughout the process Brian showed his capability to deal with large corporations, builders, and complex negotiations. Lincoln was absolutely amazing to work with! He took care of everything for renting our basement apartment—from professional photos to all the paperwork and the full rental agreement. As first-time landlords, we truly appreciated his expert advice, helpful tips, and guidance every step of the way. He worked incredibly hard to find exactly the type of tenant we were looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, he answered emails and messages very promptly, which made such a difference. We are so grateful for his support and will 100% be saving his contact and using him again in the future. Highly, highly recommend!

I give the St. Jean Real Estate team a 10 star expertise review!!! I was recently privileged to receive the professional care of Robin St. Jean! My entire experience from his first phone call to the last correspondence, always put me at ease. Robin’s years of education, updated knowledge and decades of experience, coupled with his compassionate understanding, guided me through the necessary house sale process after the sudden shocking loss of my husband. Due to circumstances, I was in need of a quick sale, with a quick closing. Despite the slow December 2025 market, to my relief, Robin’s suggestion on how to handle my personal situation with the property listing paid off royally as it sold in less than a week with a good offer AND it closed within a month!!! Throughout every stage of the sale, Robin and his team patiently and respectfully kept the lines of communication open. Robin continued to make himself available and replied promptly to my calls and messages, answering all of my questions and concerns as I had never sold a home before. I was presented with selling options and given a clear honest understanding of the possible outcomes before any final decisions were made. It was clearly evident from the start, the St. Jean team work together as a family unit. They instantly and pleasantly welcomed me in as one of their own. I never felt like I was just selling the house but being helped to move forward in life! My husband and I just bought our first home and worked with Kevin Haroutunian from Michael St. Jean Realty, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kevin was incredible. He was endlessly patient and took us to what felt like a million places, often at odd times just to fit our schedule. He always got back to us quickly, with his research already done. He stayed completely unbiased, but never hesitated to point out important details we wouldn’t have known to look for. That honesty was huge for us as first-time buyers who had no idea what we were doing. He’s also just the chillest guy and fit our vibe perfectly, which made the whole process so much less stressful. He negotiated a fantastic deal for us, and we ended up with a home we absolutely love in the neighbourhood we wanted, for far less than we expected. We felt supported every step of the way, and we’re so grateful we worked with him. Highly recommend!

Andrew Shamoon was our realtor, all I can say is what a phenomenal experience it has been working with him. From the very start he had our best interests in mind and took care of me and my wife every step of the way. From helping secure our mortgage broker Dan Patton at BM select, with one of the best interest rates on the market I might add, to the lawyer to help finalize and close on our sale…Andrew secured it all.
