I’ve got nothing but great things to say about Sean! This was our first time buying a home, and we wanted to go into it slowly and with caution. We were prepared to keep renting for another year if we couldn’t find the right house, and didn’t want to rush anything. Sean understood completely, and took the process at our pace. We looked at about 25 houses over the course of about 2 months, and in that time, Sean taught us everything to look out for when viewing a house, from the wiring, to the plumbing, leak potential, roof quality, structural issues, etc. We went in knowing very little about what to look out for, and came out of it with a sense of confidence that we could start to spot these things ourselves. During this time, Sean never once pressured us on picking a certain house, and was very honest in his opinions of them. When we were looking for an agent, we felt that finding one that we really connected with would help all the other pieces of the home buying process fall into place, and that’s exactly what happened. As said, Sean is fantastic, and we ended up using the mortgage broker he suggested as well as the inspector, and we are very glad we did. They were all equally as reliable as Sean, and made the other aspects of buying a home very smooth. We ended up finding a great home, which we got under asking price. And as excited as we were about moving in, we honestly missed our time viewing different houses with Sean. And if that isn’t a sign of a great realtor, I don’t know what is!

Absolutely phenomenal! Sean was very knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect home for us. He was patient and saw so many houses with us, never pressuring us, always guiding us and teaching us. He knows Hamilton so well and is so passionate about the city and about ensuring his clients find the home that fits them best. This was our first house purchase and Sean made it the best experience. It was wonderful to work with Sean. He is a great professional; very knowledgeable, personable and supportive. He made the entire process of selling and buying a home, which can be very nerve-wracking, feel really easy and comfortable for us. Sean ensured our house is very well staged and presented as we prepared to put our townhouse up for sale. With his guidance we were able to sell fast, which made us feel better prepared for our next steps. He was always willing and flexible with his schedule to accommodate us when we wanted to view a home. And one of the many things that stood out with Sean was how honest he was.
