I've used them several times to have additional keys made for our office, the staff are great. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but the staff are usually great and very helpful.

Jacob was fabulous! Worked very hard to get an antique gum ball machine working for me again. Had been stored in a barn for decades. Using it for my daughter’s bridal shower with ring pops. Jacob took the time to lubricate everything. Will definitely use for all locksmith needs.
Michael's Keys has completed two projects for me. First, they moved and secured a gun safe we were gifted, and second, they replaced the locks at my office. Both trips were efficient and professional, and everything worked out. You can tell Brent loves what he does. His work van is like a Santa's toy shop for locksmiths. I can't imagine he runs into many jobs he can't solve right there on the spot. Nice guy, explained my options and took care of the work in under an hour.
