I went for a shaggy haircut ( as a wavy hair girl) and I left unsatisfied, so i went back the next day and Carly booked me another appointment to try and fix it (for free) and I got exactly what I wanted! Don’t be afraid to go back if you’re not satisfied, she is very understanding:)
