I had a lovely experience after many bad hair experiences. I come out with the hair cut I asked for! (If not better) lovely customer service, was offered coffee straight away, they took my coat, BACK MASSAGER ON THE HAIR WASH BASINS. Overall amazing. I had good chats with the hairdresser I had, he was funny and easy to talk too. Loved it all

Experience is always super brilliant, colour by Leon is out of this world, he gets it bang on every time.. he really is an artiste! Cut my Nicola amazing too. These two really do know their stuff and I trust them implicitly. All the staff are super friendly and is such a great place to go to have your hair done and feel special

Walked in early after making an online booking to have my hair washed, treatment and blow dry. Was offered a hot drink and was able to get a charger for my phone. After travelling in a Motorhome for two weeks, having my hair done was such a treat. I loved every minute of it.

I had an appointment today with sky ! what a wonderful experience ! Sky made me feel so at ease and was very friendly and polite . She made sure she kept me updated on what she was doing and despite having extremely thin hair and being very self conscious sky made me feel like a new woman ! My hair feels and looks so much healthier and I am looking forward too booking back in with her .

I did haircut & colour today .Their service was amazing shay took time to understand my choice & preference for hair colour..In the first it took me time to understand that is this colour as i wanted which was little confusing for me but now I am happy with their friendly service.Shay applied colour on my hair carefully so that it doesn’t go with my scalp. Ellie took time to give me a good haircut until i like. Another styler who gave a good effort to wash hair ..overall service was amazing😊.
