I had the pleasure of working with Michelle Wights team for Kristin & John’s wedding at Saltwater Farm in Friday Harbor, WA, and their work was absolutely beautiful! They created a look that felt timeless, natural, and perfectly suited to both the bride and the setting. The hair and makeup enhanced Kristin’s features without ever feeling overdone, and it photographed flawlessly in both natural light and direct flash photos. Everything held up beautifully despite the wind, and all the reception dancing. The getting-ready atmosphere felt relaxed and joyful, with many of the bridal party and family also using her services. From a photographer’s perspective, it was a dream team. I would highly recommend Michelle Wight to any couple looking for a hair and makeup artist who delivers elegant, long-lasting results and a wonderful client experience. I would love to work together again in the future!

Michelle and her team are incredible. I have had them do my hair and make up for a number of branding photos and I will continue to book with them when I need it for special occasions. Michelle and her team bring such a calming, joyful presence which is exactly the kind of energy I want in my getting-ready space. Working with Michelle Wight Makeup Artistry for my wedding was fantastic. It was so easy to communicate with her team and book everything through the online portal, and I appreciated the follow up and detailed notes after my hair and makeup trial to ensure everything was how I envisioned it and would be ready for the big day. On the day of my wedding, the hair and makeup artists were on time and ready to go, and my bridesmaids and I were so impressed with how efficient they were and how they got through all seven of us with time to spare. Big shoutout to Nikki and Alena for my bridal makeup and hair - they were the best! Everyone looked gorgeous and our hair and makeup stayed in place flawlessly all night (and we have after party photos to prove it!). I would highly recommend Michelle Wight’s team to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.

If Michelle is available for your wedding day -- BOOK! I will never quite have the words to describe how grateful I am that I went with Michelle & her team. From our trial, to my rehearsal dinner & welcome party look, to my wedding day glam, Michelle and her team not only brought their immense talent -- they are the ultimate hype up squad, and the energy you want in the room on your wedding day (& the days before!) Michelle and I spent so much time building a really special look for each event & I have never felt as beautiful as I did during our wedding weekend. We had a very large group & everyone's hair and makeup turned out fantastic -- across several different skin tones & hair textures. The best in the industry & I will never stop singing their praises!!
