Emmanuel and Johnny at Michelle’s Furniture were absolutely wonderful to work with. After a long and tiring day of furniture shopping, they were incredibly understanding, patient, and genuinely friendly. They took the time to really listen to what I wanted and worked with me to customize a couch exactly to my liking. Their professionalism and kindness made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I truly appreciated their help and would highly recommend asking for them if you visit Michelle’s Furniture!

From the moment you walk in , you are greeted and treated very friendly and John was very helpful with the pricing and was no pressure for us to buy . Found a sofa , loveseat set and a painting .We are happy with our purchase . Even got free delivery (most don’t offer that) . Give Michelle’s a try , you will like the professionalism and kindness that you get from the salesperson and Manny (manager) The prices are reasonably priced but they will work with you! They are good people ! Thank you !

After purchasing furniture and placed in the room it was found that the installers had damaged the LVP flooring. Months later there has been very little contact and no concern by Michelle's to actually help fix the problem despite their false claims saying they would do something. Will never shop here again due to their lack of concern for the home owners property and now I'm going out of pocket to repair my floor.
