I decided to take a vacation in Detroit and I'm from Madison, Wisconsin. I had a wonderful time here at American Jewelry and Loan. I was looking forward to meet Les, Seth and Ashley but unfortunately they weren't available today. Thomas who works in the Jewelry department helped me purchase a couple items leaving me proud. I also met the manager Brian. I've been a big fan of Hardcore Pawn and would love to come here again!

We are from Austria and was visiting the store because of the TV Show. On the beginning me and my Kids only want to watch how looks the store in real, at the end we my little boys bought a signed nfl football. I was surprised how friendly the staff was, really everybody here was super nice. Nancy did a great job, made my boys happy. I can highly recommend this store. not only because of the TV show it is a visit worth.

My most recent few visits were extremely positive thanks to the exemplary customer service i received from Jasmine in your customer service pawn area. She is very knowledgeable and ultra nice. I also had contact with Deangelo who also very helpful. I've spent my career servicing the public and i know excellent customer service when i see it. See you sòon.

Mike was great. I’m visiting from Portland Oregon and had to visit the shop. Picked up a nice Invicta watch. Mike sized it and put in a new battery. Great guy and outstanding customer service. Thanks guys 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

A Great pawn shop. My friend had a ring made here. Turned out Amazing! Sized, mount changed, and a new stone set. 2 hours. Definitely will be returning. The craftsmanship was amazing. My Granny loved the show. Tons of stuff stop in.
