The staff was friendly and helpful, unfortunately, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The examination table has no paper like regular medical offices. The table had an open rip. The block pillow they gave me for my exercise was filthy. The floors were dirty. The wall behind the exam table where my head would go was disgusting. I would go back but unfortunately the place is so dirty, I will go elsewhere

Not LGBTQ+ friendly. Had the most uncomfortable session there. I was at the end of my apt sitting with the TENS machine on me, and the employees were laughing and joking with another client as he was bashing members LGBTQ+ community. Needless to say that was my last session there.

This was a very friendly and professional environment. Everyone was very pleasant from the minute I walked in the door until the moment I left. I would definitely recommend Mid City Physical Therapy to anyone for their rehabilitation needs. The owners are the therapists and are onsite and working with the patients. Thank you for a wonderful experience and for making me feel better today.

I was referred to Mid City Physical Therapy approximately less than a month ago by an orthopedic that I highly respect, Dr Russell Russo. I had previously went to Lakeveiw Physical Therapy and some strange things went on there towards the latter part of those appointments. I was very disappointed their attitude and there is still some confusion regarding exactly what happened. My husband and I started attending Mid City Physical Therapy. Dr Russell Russo referred us. We were greeted in a friendly manner by a group of medical staff: David , Gary and Kathy. I need to say that they are funny and friendly. They are very personal and make you feel at home and welcome. They developed a treatment team and plan that works incredible. The stretches and exercises can be uncomfortable, but relieve my plan in the long run. At times I am in such pain I feel I just can't do the do. I get unmotivated and look to stay in bed, increasing my stiffness and pain. The staff members, along with encourage me to stretch and do therapy. If it weren't for then I probably would not be doing the do. I chose to compose this post to let people who are suffering with chronic pain, that these guys care about motiving their patients. Unfortunately, I have suffered off and on with my neck and back for several years off and on. I have had good times, but I have had horrific times. It has been an up and down battle. I have had treatment off and on through the years. These guys have been awesome and seem to really care. You just want to do yourself a favor and check them out!!!!! Regardless, hopefully if you're suffering yuwill find your way. Sometimes the road is hard!!! Peace Out

I own a chiropractic office right down the street from Mid City Physical Therapy. Gary and David are very professional and knowledgeable. Every patient i have sent to them has been extremely happy with the services they provide. Their office is clean and their equipment is top notch. I highly recommend Mid City Physical therapy.
