Great experiences with the therapists so far, but not with reception. Last time I had therapy the receptionist did not schedule me as I was leaving, which is what my therapist asked her to do as she checked me out… I called back once I got home to schedule, asked to set up recurring appointments, she said she did, but turns out she scheduled me for a time that they’re closed…. She also didn’t set up recurring appointments, as requested. I got a call later in the week by someone else who was super helpful, and did set up my recurring appointments as I asked, but explained that they were closed at that time for one of the days, and explained that the other receptionist made a mistake. I was like okay no worries, but you’re calling me during my work day so I’ll just fix this when I go in next. So this week, tried to fix my schedule with the OG receptionist as I was leaving. 1st, I approached to check out and mentioned I needed to change my schedule to Mondays and Wednesdays at the same time because they were closed Fridays at the time I had available / previously scheduled… and asked to set up recurring appointments. She did not mention she needed a or minute anything, just said yeah we can do that, and then suddenly just stopped helping me, and returned a missed call to a different client, as I’m standing there to check out…. At this point I’m irritated because.. what the heck. And then she was like so did you figure out your time? And I was like… yeah, as I said, I need Mondays and Wednesdays at this same time. And she was like well did you need to move this Friday? And I was like yeah… because you’re closed….. and at this point she was obviously annoyed as all hell, which honestly so was I, but she was being quite rude. The last week I was there it made sense that there was an issue with checking out and whatnot because it was her first day, but only being a week into working a front desk and having that attitude towards patients, over a mistake YOU MADE - is a bit concerning to say the least. I also highly doubt she actually set up recurring appointments as requested, because she didn’t last time - and I’m honestly expecting another call or issue in the future with my schedule due to her. It honestly makes me not want to come back to this location, so I’m going with 3 stars purely for the physical therapists I’ve worked with. THEY are great, gave me reasonable and doable homework for the days I can’t come in, and encourage breaks and rest throughout the process. I highly recommend them, but would say be very wary of the people at the front desk.

I've been attending Star Physical Therapy for about a couple of weeks. The staff has been superb. They're very personable and efficient.They've guided me through various exercises to rehab my back. Each exercise targets the area from a different angle. I highly recommend Star Physical Therapy for anyone looking to regain health and agility!
