I received my CDL A manual transmission training through Midwest CDL. Taking the training through this company was a great experience and made learning the terminology and skills much easier than it could have been. The one-on-one training for half a day was great, and it lets you ask any questions, along with focusing on how you should work on any skills or driving troubles you are having. I did have some previous shifting and minimal driving experience and its very beneficial that the course can be configured to the students level of experience. Nice, easy-going staff and good conversation! I would highly recommend training here.

I'm a CDL instructor in Illinois and brought two Nebraska students up to be tested. The staff here was absolutely wonderful! Professional, friendly, accommodating, and above all, knowledgeable. I spent six hours observing their operation and you would be hard-pressed to find a better place to get your CDL. The fact that you can get everything done right there is a bonus that can't be quantified as far as convenience. You get to learn, practice, and test all at the same place, making the process of obtaining your CDL as easy as it can possibly get. Nothing is missed in terms of passing on knowledge and the skills necessary to be successful in your trucking career. I have nearly 20 years experience behind the wheel as a driver and instructor, and I feel qualified to state unequivocally that Midwest CDL Training is a very high quality operation, and well worth the very reasonable pricing. I can't recommend them enough, and I can't thank them enough for the hospitality, kindness, and professionalism they extended to my students and myself during our time there. I may have even "borrowed" some of their teaching techniques to bring back to my school. :)
