I had a technician come by to estimate a plumbing job. He did a great job of listening to me and even called his office to talk to his senior about the job. He explained to me how he would approach the job professionally. I was impressed and asked him to send me a quote which he did from the OFFICIAL email address of the company. I was professional and so was he about the job. I received the quote and decided I wanted to go ahead with the job. I called the office and spoke to the front desk and told them I want to proceed with the job. This was before Christmas. I called again and asked for the technician who sent me the quote. I was told he would call back. I received no calls. Today, Dec 29th, I called and was told he was out of the country indefinitely and so I asked if anyone else can do the job. I got a call back from the company saying they did not want to work with me!!! I was shocked! I asked why? Response: They accused me of having tried to work with the technician on the side to get the job done cheaper! A TOTAL LIE!!! I had NO such conversation with the technician. They claimed that the technician told them that I was trying to work with on the side. I am very offended and concerned that I have been accused of lying. This is unacceptable. Had a great experience with Mike Council Plumbing. Their technicians, Bobby and Nestor, were at my house within an hour of my call, quickly diagnosed the cause of a sewer line backup, and cleared it out efficiently. They were very professional, easy to work with, and did excellent work. Their pricing was also very reasonable. Highly recommend Mike Council Plumbing for prompt and reliable service.
I was referred by my next door neighbor to contact Mike Counsil with the leaking from the hot water tank. I’m very pleased that I used them. The communication and service process is really organized, fast, and got the task done in timely manner. The staff (all guys) arrived on time. Pleasant plumbers who explain the job needing done. Excellent work was done for all of my plumbing problems by Sergio and all of the plumbers who worked with him on the jobs. Today 6-20-25,Sergio checked the walls which were repaired,painted.July work replacing sewer pipes and a toilet went smoothly. Happy to have no more leaking pipes or toilet! They always do excellent work showing me rhe results of the work done.
The project entailed replacing all of the fixtures and plumbing on 3 upstairs bathroom sinks and a jacuzzi tub. The work and final results were impeccable. Also, I was kept appraised of of every step of the project. It could not have gone better.
