Went in to have my Salsa Warbird looked at. Great service! Information provided, follow up on inspection, work needed and part information was outstanding. Above happened from the moment I dropped it off until all service was complete. Turn around was VERY fast. This could not have been done any better. If you're looking for a new bike or you need service on your existing bike, this is the place to go.
Had the pleasure of having my bicycle fixed at Mikes. Kaden was my technician and what an outstanding job and turn around time. Quality work was done and will definitely be returning in the future for anything bicycle related. Excellent customer service, easy access. Only complaint is that parking in Willow Glen strip isn’t easy to find. Aside from the parking Mikes bikes is a great place to do business!
Definitely disappointed with my experience at Mikes. This was my first and last time using them for service as I would consider the staff to be fairly unprofessional. Work was solid but they failed to communicate that they were raising the price by a significant amount until they had already finished the work. It was clearly communicated beforehand that they would contact me if there was extra service required. When I picked it up they didn’t seem to think that it was out of the ordinary to do something like this. I would consider other shops if you are doing more advanced services.
Thanks for the great price on Olive and customer service. We've been having a lot of fun on the trails.
They have quite a few bikes on display but the sales person wasn't very helpful. He did answer all my questions but just wasn't warm. I visited two other bike stores on the same day and they were nicer and friendlier. Road bikes are expensive but they have one or two on sale but not sure why
