Worst customer service in Canada. I experienced the worst on April 4th, 2026. The server was clearly inattentive. I strongly advise against choosing this restaurant for your birthdays.

MILA Ristorante, you had one task, and it wasn't completed at all. I had taken the time to prepare a bouquet of flowers and a cake for my sister's birthday, which I took to the restaurant early so she could receive them as a surprise. The person I entrusted everything to (April 4th, 3:30 PM) seemed to fully understand the request, without any concern. A few hours later, I called to make sure the surprise had been delivered... and surprise: my sister hadn't received anything at all. She was even about to leave the restaurant, so she would never have received them if I hadn't called. We're talking about a value of approximately $130. And that's not all. When I asked the waiter where the flowers and cake were, he responded with a rude attitude (April 4th, 10:57 PM), as if my question wasn't legitimate. Honestly, this is a completely unacceptable lack of professionalism and seriousness. A simple task wasn't completed, and the customer service was equally disappointing. Furthermore, I can't help but wonder if the negligence and attitude I received were influenced by racial bias, which makes the experience even more disturbing. If you can't even perform such a simple task, I strongly advise against using this establishment. A huge disappointment. This will be my last time.

Excellent experience at Mila Ristorante! The food was delicious (especially the duck risotto and the seafood pasta), the service was very good, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Definitely worth a visit!

It was a cold and rainy day and we were 6 hungry visitors in search of a warm meal and oysters. Having spent an hour calling around on an Easter Friday and getting turned down, we found Mila and Zac who were not only happy to welcome us, but make an exception to serve us the freshest and mind blowing oysters. The pasta was awesome, the service even better!! We left very happy and with memories of a great afternoon. Thank you Mila and Zac!
