I’m not the type of person to write bad reviews on businesses, but these nail are some of the worst quality nails I have ever gotten. Started chipping within a week. Within a few days my sister had to go and get her broken nail fixed. I paid $100 for a fill. You are only paying for the atmosphere not the quality. They were nice but it felt rushed toward the end. For the price I’m expecting my nails to last and look better.

Nice, clean and modern place. Nails look nice. I feel they were rushed and the staff member who did my hands and feet was complaining in Vietnamese from the the little I know. The other staff member she did not engage bec it would been back and forth. Overall nice place to have ur nails done.

None of cuticles been cleaned or trimmed. Worse manicure and pedicure I ever got. Very disappointed. I don’t see very well so didn’t notice it there, but looked closer once I got home. Look at those pictures. Is that type of service people should pay $150? That’s insane

I visited Milanos Nail Spa for the first time during their 1-year anniversary and opted for The Star Pedicure. Lindsay was my pedicurist, and the actual pedicure experience was pleasant, no complaints there. However, as that day went on and a day or two later, I realized I wasn’t happy with how my toes looked. At first, I thought it might’ve been the color I chose, but the real issue seemed to be that no top coat was applied. The polish looked dull and flat, lacking that finished shine I expected. On top of that, the more I looked, the more I noticed how uneven my toenails were shaped. I really wanted to love this place, especially for a special occasion, but the final result just didn’t meet expectations. Hoping for more attention to detail next time.

So my friend here wanted a sharp bat design with a cat eye tip and got a cartoony bat that more resembles a cat. The design that was requested is popular online and was even on the salon's slideshow, so we really thought it was within this salon's capability. Unfortunately, her tech only looked at the reference image once and then decided to add eyes on to it without consulting her about the decision. We went in today since one of her nails popped off and we asked if we could get the design fixed as well. They insisted it would be too expensive and to wait 7 days instead and get a whole new set. We told them she starts a new job in a few days and they insisted again saying they'll be better for Halloween. Okay. We felt really dismissed, but we're not ones for confrontation so we just paid for the repair and left. The repair shows the glaring mistakes from the initial visit like left over gel and wrong shaped nails, which it is what it is. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯
