Jade was great. She seems close to my age I’m 25 btw ) we got a long well. She listened to me recreated my inspiration photo. I had a delicious mimosa while getting my service. Definitely a luxury experience . It was clean . Plus I got 10% off for being a 1st time customer and a small goodie.

My son treated us to a mom and son pedicure at Milano this past Monday and we both agree this salon is one of the nicest we’ve ever been to. Everyone was friendly, helpful, capable and did a great job on our pedicures. The place is so clean and feels like you can relax and let them take care of you. Pleasantly surprised at the pricing too!

Great experience! Everyone was super nice. There wasn’t a wait for walk-ins. I had Ty and he was absolutely amazing! He made suggestions to promote healthy nails and delivered exactly what I asked for. He constantly checked in to make sure I liked them along the way. I’ll definitely be back.

I love my service today! Loan was amazing and sweet and kind. Her massage was super nice and she made me so relaxed. Definitely coming back and will request for her again. The place is beautiful and clean and I enjoyed my two glasses of champagne. Topnotch service!

I’ve been a loyal customer at this salon for over a year, spending more than $250 every visit. I came in today with a specific cat-eye nail design and even showed a video of exactly what I wanted but that’s not what I got at all. The gold dust was smeared, the black underneath was showing through, and the finish just looked messy. Even the owner looked and admitted he didn’t really see the design either, yet I was still charged full price. Ben has done my nails before, and while I tried giving him another chance after a previous issue, this time confirmed it for me I felt like just a dollar sign, not a valued customer. On the other hand, Julie is always amazing. She does toes perfectly every time, and I truly appreciate her work. After today, though, I probably won’t be coming back. Fair is fair, and I believe loyal customers deserve respect and the quality they pay for.
