I had such a wonderful experince at this clinic, all the staff was amazing, and they all made me feel so comfortable, my injector Julia took the time to explain the whole process and made sure I left with no questions, they really listen to what you want and make sure to give you the results you were looking for. They do an amazing job at following up as well and providing you with everything you need to achieve your results !

I had my first-ever lip filler appointment at Naked MD this past Saturday, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was definitely nervous going in (needles near your lips will do that!), but Lexi was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, patient, and reassuring. She walked me through every step, which made me feel completely at ease. The numbing cream worked really well, and while there were a few quick pinches, it was far more comfortable than I expected. Overall, the entire experience was smooth, professional, and actually enjoyable. I have zero complaints and would 100% recommend—especially if it’s your first time!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I drove 2 hours to come here to get my lips done and the filler turned out terrible. Instead of looking smooth or natural, it formed two hard clumps that didn’t move at all. It completely ruined the shape of my smile and made my lips look like the McDonald’s sign. I went back to have it fixed, and they said they would dissolve it. But, they only partially dissolved the filler and there is still some left that looks bad and just completely changed my smile and I honestly hate it now. At this point I basically paid money just to have the filler dissolved, and I wasn’t offered any refund or proper correction. I also tried reaching out multiple times afterwards first through messages and then through the help/support form on their website but I never received any response. I’m really upset with how this was handled especially since I drove far to come here. I trusted them with something on my face and ended up with a result that looked worse than before, and the lack of communication afterwards made this even more frustrating.
