I had the best experience at this nail salon. Van did an amazing job with my nails! I showed her a photo and she made sure to get every detail. I literally can’t stop looking at my new set!! Everyone was friendly and helpful. I really appreciate the help I received when choosing my gems and design too. Van was very careful with shaping my nails to perfection and securing the gems. The staff here really takes care of their clients. The salon is clean and welcoming and I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you Van and staff for the great experience and the lovely nails! 😊🩷

I’ve been to Milano Nails and Spa a few times and usually have a good experience, which is why I came back. Unfortunately, my last visit was very disappointing. The nail technician who usually does my nails wasn’t there, so I chose Van. I clearly asked for medium square nails, but while she was cutting them she asked if the length was okay after they were already cut. At that point I couldn’t really say much because the length was already gone. She continued with that same length, and when the set was finished, the nails were much shorter than the medium length I asked for. During the service, she also cut my skin, and there was visible blood. However, she initially denied that she had cut it and said it was already like that, which was frustrating because it clearly happened during the process. Later, when she saw that I was upset, she apologized. I also asked for a baby white shade, but the application wasn’t consistent. On my right hand, she applied more layers than the other hand, so that hand looked darker than the left. At the end, they suggested soaking my nails in an acid liquid to remove everything and redo them, but my nails are very small and sensitive, and I didn’t want to go through the whole process again after already sitting through the appointment. I paid and left but told them I wasn’t happy with the result. Later, I returned to explain the situation and ask for a solution. The conversation unfortunately turned into defensiveness and arguments, with the focus being that they had offered to remove the nails rather than understanding the original issue with the service and just refunded me. To make matters worse, two nails popped off only two days later. And you can clearly see the extension separating from the gel. I do appreciate that they eventually gave me my money back, but the overall experience from the service itself to the way the concerns were handled was disappointing. I actually enjoyed coming to this salon, so I hope they take feedback like this seriously and focus more on listening to clients’ requests and ensuring the service matches what was asked for from the beginning. I gave them a call to let them know that two of my nails came off, and they responded by saying, ‘What would you like us to do? We already gave you the money back

I have visited this place before and today I had the time to get a shellac manicure with Ruby and shellac pedicure with Son. Very satisfied also because they used sterilized tools and single use files on your nails which I really appreciate! Can’t wait to go back! Also very satisfied with the cuticle work. Thank you Ruby and Son!
