Last week my nail appointment was scheduled for 3:45 PM, but I wasn’t taken until 4:15 PM. Honestly, I should have walked away at that point, but I didn’t. The nail tech, Jessie, then took almost three hours to complete a basic bio gel French tip. That is completely unacceptable. Within that amount of time, I could have had both a manicure and pedicure done and still been out within two hours. I’m not sure if she was new, but she was probably the slowest nail technician I’ve ever experienced. On top of that, the French tips were uneven and parts of the white tip started coming off the very next day. The owner was present while I expressed my frustration, yet no discount or solution was offered. I ended up paying $96 for a very disappointing service. The customer service was terrible. I will not be returning and have already warned my friends not to go there. If you’re going to charge premium prices for nail services, the very least you should do is provide basic quality and efficiency.

The best nail salon in Toronto! The entire staff is amazing and very welcoming. I did a bio-gel set and a shellac pedicure from Victoria and Titus and both did a fantastic job. My nails look and feel great and I will definitely be coming back. Highly highly recommend them for any nail services.
