I had my nails done by Victoria and I absolutely loved it! She is so sweet, very professional, and extremely good at her job. She made me feel so comfortable the whole time. I’m really happy with the result and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Follow-up: See below the retailer trying to justify my experience. Are you trying to say that because I paid less during Happy Hour my nails were bound to fall off? Because it sounds like you’re defending the price, not addressing the quality or the lack of professionalism. My review was about the quality and how the situation was handled. Two nails fell off within the first week, which speaks for itself. Discounts don’t change the standard of work. Clients should always expect the same level of care regardless of the price. Original review: I’ve been a regular client here, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I got my nails done a little over a week ago, within the first week, two nails had already fallen off. The salon even texted me on Friday to check how my nails were doing, which I thought was nice, but I forgot to reply until Tuesday. When I finally came in to get them repaired, they told me I had to pay because their “warranty” only lasts seven days. So basically, if your nails fall off after a week, you’re out of luck…even if you were in touch with them and the issue happened within that time. For the amount they charge (over $100), the quality and customer service should be much better. I used to like coming here, but this experience really showed me they don’t value loyal clients or stand by their work. Definitely not worth it.

I had such a great experience at this salon! The space is clean, welcoming, and relaxing, and the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. They really take their time to make sure everything is perfect, and I never felt rushed. My nails turned out beautifully, exactly how I wanted them, and the attention to detail was amazing. It’s clear they care about both quality and customer comfort. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!

I wanted to leave a review for Papaya High Nail Bar, because it’s the best service I’ve ever gotten from a nail salon. First of, when you get into this nail salon you are welcomed with such warmth. The staff is so kind and caring. Their attention to detail is amazing. From greeting you at the door to checking on how your day is going, and confirming exactly what service you’re coming in for with the kindest demeanour and just a positive energy without fail. During your service they offer you a complimentary drink like freshly steeped tea or water, and when I mentioned attention to detail ; they go the extra mile and put a cover on your cup so that no nail debris or any products or dust will get into your cup. I had the chance to be taken care of by Danny, Ann and Ivy and they’ve all been delightful. They are all extremely talented from the nail extension application techniques, to shaping, to designs. I am truly impressed. Throughout the whole process, they will check up with you to ensure every step they take aligns with your taste and vision for your nails. I have very sensitive nail beds and on my first appointment with Papaya High, I was coming to get a full set of bio gel nails on my raw nail beds that were very damaged. Danny took the time to isolate each of my nails and cure them individually in order to reduce the pain from getting the product cured in the machine. Once again when I say attention to detail, I mean it. I drive 30 minutes to downtown in order to get this service and it is all worth it. I have never been more satisfied with a nail salon. They use high-quality products and paired with their flawless technique, your nails will not lift, break or get damaged after just a couple weeks. My nails have never been so sturdy and healthy and the retention is amazing. Their prices are fair and they are always transparent on what you are charged for, showing you the detailed bill before you proceed to payment. I cannot stress how much I recommend this salon. I am truly grateful for the experience I’ve had with them so far and look forward to continue doing business with them. If you’re looking for a place that will give you a high-quality nails, outstanding service and and make you feel pampered throughout your whole visit, you MUST go to Papaya High Nail Bar.
