After ordering from here multiple times never a bad experience today I got a bad order of wings smelled very bad the smell was so rotten I couldn’t smell the hot sauce . I let the owner know just so it can be fixed or refunded he told me not to order anymore. Very rude person never ordering here again .

Edit 01/02/26 I’ve ordered many more calzones from Milanos and they’re always perfect exactly the same, amazing! I’ve been ordering from Milnos for awhile, and I love the calzones and the pizza, however yesterday I had the Hawaiian Canadian bacon and pineapple calzone, and I must say, it was AMAZING Usually with food, there’s always something that could’ve been a little better, maybe it was too salty maybe not enough salt etc….but I have to say this calzone was the perfect calzone and I have had lots of them. I can honestly say its best calzone I’ve ever had, and a masterpiece, and I don’t say that lightly. Even my mother agreed, she said it was perfect absolutely perfect. Neither of us were even thirsty after eating it, but yet it was perfect in every single way, so I had to make sure that I wrote this review to let others know I feel too many times people eat negative reviews when they’re unhappy, but not enough people leave positive reviews when the company or a business does a great job

Food is great, service is iffy. I have been ordering from Milanos literally since they opened. I grew up very close by so I have have a great grasp on the food an how it is made. I am a bit particular about my phillys and prefer there is cheese on the bottom before the meat goes in and on top. They like to argue with me when I call to place a pick up order that it is always done this way when it is not. The bottom is obviously and noticeably soggy when they don't. The owner tried to insult my intelligence and say maybe I don't see the cheese because it is melted. I understand that maybe it is supposed to be done that way every time but if you are not in the kitchen making it yourself how can you insist its being done that way. I tried to tell him that it is MY experience as a long time customer that if I do not mention it they infact do not put cheese on the bottom and top. Why would I feel the need to ask? The subject is getting annoying at this point so I will simply not be eating there as much.

Probably the best delivery spot in town for pizza. The people working there are always really nice and the food is consistently both good and well prepared with generous toppings. They may have only one or two competing local spots for delivery and one other for pick-up at their price range as far as quality. If you’re in the midtown area this is ideally the spot to pick up from whether you want pizza, Phillies, lower cost to ratio wings or salads. The calzones are the best I’ve had in town as well.

Exceptional service and food. Ordered for delivery and I was amazed at how quickly our order arrived. Highly recommend. We ordered the special - three topping 16" pizza, Greek salad and a 2 liter of soda pop all for $33.95. The ordering process was so easy. Both the gal that took my order and the gentleman that delivered had fantastic customer service. What a great experience.
