Millar Catering provided a BBQ for a work event last weekend, and I would highly recommend them for any future event. The team were fantastic, and the food was delicious. Millar Catering provided food for our pre-wedding barbecue in May 2025 and did an incredible job: - Tony’s communication in the lead up to the event was perfect. He even undertook a site visit to ensure everything would run smoothly on the day. - The set up was slick and timely. - The service on the day was fantastic, with very friendly staff. - The quantity and quality of the food was exceptional. Overall our guests were blown away and we were delighted with the service. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Tony and Millar Catering to anyone considering a similar event.

We hired Millar Catering to do a barbecue for our wedding on Saturday and they were amazing! Tony organised it all and was a pleasure to work with, very helpful and professional and made sure we didnt spend extra money unnecessarily. The staff who catered the day were brilliant, each of them being very friendly, professional, and set up so efficiently we barely noticed theyd arrived until the food was served. The food was delicious and there was plenty to go around even with many guests going for second helpings. They cleaned up quickly and our guests had nothing but praise for the staff and food. Highly recommend using them.

We used Millar for our wedding in August. We went big and treated our guests to the top menu, but my word it was really something. The food was absolutely fantastic. The scallops were one of of the best culinary experiences of my life. The staff were also brilliant and communicated very effectively (we were slightly disorganised on the day).
