Rachel Upshaw recently represented me in a complicated divorce and I would be a fool if I didn’t recommend her to everyone in the same boat. She was professional and knowledgeable, while still being compassionate and relatable. She stood by patiently while my ex and I went back and forth forever over terms, but also moved quickly when we had to issue emergency custody orders. She helped me understand the legal process without being condescending, and was fully involved in my case (versus being passed off to other attorneys or paralegals at every turn). If you are going through a divorce, I couldn’t recommend Rachel Upshaw more. She was great to work with!

I had an exceptional experience with Miller Upshaw and cannot recommend them enough! Choosing the right family attorney to be your advocate during a highly emotional and stressful time is so important, and they made things easy from the moment I reached out. My attorneys, Karla and Taylor, and their legal assistant, Ethan, were incredibly supportive and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions promptly and with care. I never felt like a case number; I always felt secure and understood. Karla's unwavering support meant the world to me when my spouse and I decided to give our marriage another chance. Miller Upshaw is a team of professional and dedicated attorneys who prioritize their clients' best interests. I feel fortunate to have had them by my side, and if I could give Karla and her team 10 stars, I would!
