Rachel Upshaw recently represented me in a complicated divorce and I would be a fool if I didn’t recommend her to everyone in the same boat. She was professional and knowledgeable, while still being compassionate and relatable. She stood by patiently while my ex and I went back and forth forever over terms, but also moved quickly when we had to issue emergency custody orders. She helped me understand the legal process without being condescending, and was fully involved in my case (versus being passed off to other attorneys or paralegals at every turn). If you are going through a divorce, I couldn’t recommend Rachel Upshaw more. She was great to work with!
