I have worked with my computer tech, Ray Jordan, for a number of years now. We started our work when Word on my computer would not load, and I took a chance on working with someone I didn't know him and gave him access and control of my computer. This took a lot of faith and trust for me to do so, even though I was present and could have ended the process if there were any questionable practices. His work was incredible, he was patient with me as I am not techy at all, and has helped me many times with this issue since. His rates are extremely reasonable, he works with me in a timely fashion, and wants to make sure everything is completed quickly and accurately. In addition, I had him create a website for me. His work was exemplary, extremely creative, and patient with all my changes when asked. I love my website! I can't say enough good words about him. I contact him whenever I have an issue with my computer and he assists me, again, in a timely fashion with great rates.
