Absolutely wonderful experience. I unfortunately had my graphics card die on me just before the new year (and right before closing on a house) and I diagnosed it down to my fans not spinning. I brought it in, Walker took a look at it, and we got a game plan going with my moving time crunch. In the span of about 2 weeks, he had parts in and the fans replaced and cleaned up. Instead of a $1,300 new graphics card, I only had to spend about $220. Truly a wonderful team and if something dies on me again, I'll be seeking out a Ubreak.
My daughter has a Bark phone and the agent didn’t tell us they needed to access developer settings to fix it. So we wasted a lot of time and it still isn’t fixed . If we had been informed of this issue when we first came in, we would have pursued another avenue for repair. It was a frustrating experience.
Total scam. They don't diagnose for free, said it's $60 to even look at the device to troubleshoot and only free location is in whitefish Bay. Then they try to sell you $40 a month insurance instead, but that doesn't cover what's already wrong with the device. Go somewhere with honest pricing. If you can't be honest with that, how could anyone trust your repairs?
After another business that supposedly repairs phones having my phone for 2 weeks without a repair being performed, I brought in my samsung phone to this location today and they not only were able to repair it, they did so fairly quickly. I would recommend them and hope to not have any more repairs required, but wouldn't hesitate to come back. The only thing I might want changed is an earlier opening time at least 1 day Monday through Friday
I took my phone to You Break I Fix and they did an amazing job! The customer service was excellent they were friendly, professional, and made sure my phone was clean and working perfectly before I left. My phone looks brand new again! I really appreciate their attention to detail and fast service. Highly recommend!
