Dr. Patterson’s 8-week MBSR class changed my life in a wonderful way. Learning to practice mindfulness has helped me to live in the present moment and to live with intention each day, instead of living stressed-out and on autopilot. Learning a variety of relaxation practices has provided me a way to reliably relieve stress and anxiety. I can honestly say that the MBSR class has transformed my daily experience of life, helping me find more ease and peace, and increasing my level of happiness. Also, I am very grateful for the Mind Body Studio’s weekly Wednesday evening Mindfulness drop-in class. The opportunity to practice mindfulness and meditation with a group that is always kind, compassionate, and welcoming is a gift.
