We enrolled our son at Mindfish for SAT preparation and were fortunate to have Matt Madsen assigned as his tutor. From the very beginning, Matt built a strong connection with our son, making the learning experience both comfortable and motivating. Our son had a specific SAT score goal, and with Matt’s guidance and support, he successfully achieved it. We are incredibly grateful to Matt and the entire Mindfish team. We highly recommend Matt to anyone seeking effective and personalized SAT tutoring.

Matt (DTC Mindfish) is an incredible tutor, he worked with our high school student to get his scores where he needed for his applications and just worked with our daughter's GRE tutoring. He really honed in on what areas they needed to work on and got them comfortable with taking the test. Both got the scores they needed. Highly recommend.

Mindfish Test Prep was recommended by a friend. Our son had a very acceptable first attempt at the ACT without any preparation but decided that he wanted to try again and asked for some study help. We chose to do four 90-minute sessions at the pay-as-you-go rate. Matt worked well with our son, quickly identifying gaps in his knowledge and giving him not only tips but true instruction on the topics. The ACT study guide was a fantastic study tool for homework. Taking the sample tests gave him more confidence in the test layout itself and, more importantly, allowed him to gauge his timing better. Our son chose to focus on English and Math during his sessions. When he received his official results he had increased 4 points in Math and 8 points in English (plus 2 points in Reading) for a composite increase of 3 points. We are all thrilled with the outcome and are thankful for the instruction Matt provided.

Mindfish was an excellent resource for our son as he prepared for the ACT. They listened attentively to his goals for the test and crafted a well-structured program that aligned with his aspirations. Once the plan was in place, our son worked closely with Mac, who was incredibly skilled at challenging him while also adapting the program as needed to ensure that he was dedicating sufficient time to the most important subjects. As a result, our son achieved his goals on the first round of the test! Mac, Thanks for being awesome!
