My experience with the Miners Den was above and beyond! Jackie made me feel right at home there! I had no clue what the process of buying a diamond ring was going to be like but Jackie made it easy! She was always available for any questions by phone or at the store. She explained everything in great detail and really helped guide me throughout the experience. I never felt pressure to buy a certain diamond and she really helped in making the decision easy for me! I would definitely recommend contacting Jackie/Miners Den if you are nervous or need help picking out a wedding ring!

I had such a wonderful experience at Miner’s Den! My fiancé and I worked with Margie to create a custom engagement ring, and the entire process felt so special. I brought in my grandmother’s ring with the hope of honoring its original style while reimagining it into something more modern and unique. They absolutely nailed it. The final piece is a true statement ring that feels both meaningful and completely my own. I’m so in love with it, and I know my grandmother would’ve been too!

Tilla customized the most beautiful wedding band taking diamonds from a family heirloom and making into something that fits me perfectly! She was the best to work with and will be someone we go to as long as she lets us! Miner’s Den has been nothing short of helpful and accommodating in finding my fiancé’s band as well. They will be our go-to jeweler for sure.
