I have just been in Manchester store absolutely love Mint Velvet always bought from John Lewis as soon as they launched. However the staff in Manchester were extremely rude! I was walking round for some time and not one person approached me to ask if I needed assistance. I began to feel self conscious so I left. I will shop mint velvet in the future… just not from the Manchester store.

The staff at Mint Velvet were friendly and helpful though I wish the clothes were a little more colourful; nearly everything is black, grey or white !

Nicole in the store at st Ann's square gave exceptional customer service today monday my friend tried on quite a few blouses nicole was interested informative and there was no selling pressure , we shall definitely be making a return visit very soon and thankyou for the added information very useful well done nicole you will go far with the company sue and val.
