I have just been in Manchester store absolutely love Mint Velvet always bought from John Lewis as soon as they launched. However the staff in Manchester were extremely rude! I was walking round for some time and not one person approached me to ask if I needed assistance. I began to feel self conscious so I left. I will shop mint velvet in the future… just not from the Manchester store.
