I'm so thankful for Miss Emily's Bed & Biscuit, and especially for all the staff that take such great care of Theo when he's there for boarding. We moved to Orlando in December 2023, and Miss Emily's continues to stand out as the clear winner among all the facilities at which Theo has been registered for boarding services. I can just tell that he loves it based on his reaction when I pick him up and drop him off each time. I appreciate the strong communication, the ease of scheduling, the periodic report cards with amazing photos, the grooming service, the super friendly staff, and the fact that they go above and beyond when special or unforeseen circumstances arise. Thanks to Miss Emily's, I can rest assured when I'm on vacation or otherwise unavailable to care for Theo that he is in very capable and loving hands.

This is my Lizzie's place! She gets so excited when she realizes we are enroute. She is there for play days, short and extended boarding. The staff takes really good care of her and understands her personally. She goes a there lot..and we have never had a problem. It is easy to book and I love the great communication with them.

My dog loves her days at Miss Emily’s! She goes to daycare a few times a month and has stayed for boarding too, and with each experience I feel confident that she is safe and happy. The staff are very friendly and helpful in person/on the phone/through the portal and seem to really love the pups, I love walking in and having each of them recognize my dog by name. We also love the photos and updates that they send each day. Highly recommend Miss Emily’s for both daycare and boarding!

I felt guilty for boarding my little cat baby for 9 days, but at Miss Emily’s Bed & Biscuit I knew he was safe and well-cared for the entire time. They sent me such detailed reports and several photos which really helped me feel better while I was away. I was laughing, smiling, and at ease. We will definitely choose Miss Emily’s again for our next vacation!

Been bringing my dogs here for the past 7 years. My girls are always excited when we drop them off and are always well taken care of. My doodle gets groomed here monthly as well and always looks so good each time! I adore the report cards I get when they're boarding! Such a cute touch and I love to see the pictures!
