Car was still wet after the dryers, leaving water spots all over my windshield. Also, I hate how someone is there at the kiosk pushing buttons for me and then asking for a tip. I can push the buttons on my own and it’s really awkward to decline a tip in front of someone. Why do you even have people there? Let them stand to the side and be called only when needed, not to just push buttons and then asking for a tip.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Alani and Dewan. While I was vacuuming my car, I accidentally locked my keys inside, and they were incredibly helpful and kind during a stressful moment. Went to the Washington ave location. Staff was so patient and polite. Was very impressed. The wash is pretty quick. Missed having my tires armour all and vacuumed by an attendant like NYC but that’s ok. Just have to do it yourself …location is very clean. Highly recommend

Paid the most for their best, the arm lifted and 5 cars from the membership lane pushed ahead of me making me wait, no way to tell if i got what ever it was i paid extra for, how could it know which car was mine? Some of the brushes in the machine barely touched, they seemed scared of my car, car came out dirty I Went thru twice not much difference car came out dirty, my vacuum was weak 40 bucks you get a dirty car you vacuum yourself
