Vacuums have great suction with two hoses with flat or crevice attachment plus compressed air for dusting. Entry to wash is a tight for trucks but I backed up slightly and adjusted my entry. Then staff was able to guide me onto track. I saw bigger trucks than a crewmax tundra go through, but check for your own peace of mind first. Wash was good left some bugs on my folded mirrors. I only did basic so not a problem for me.

Just took my truck to be washed had some bird poop on it after the first wash. Asked if I can get it washed for free. Julian told me there is some chance of residue left over. Let me go through second time. Was very appreciative about that. Second time wash. Took all the poop off. Now I will be getting the monthly subscription so I don't have to go through this. Great job! Julian for explaining everything to me very satisfied with the experience and the help from the young men and women working the gate

Been using this service quite a while now and more so since I do ride share. I love the car wash place off Ming Ave here in the city of Bakersfield. The Staff will always greet you with a smile and a wave. I’ve gone to other locations within the city but the Ming car wash is definitely my go to.

I had an issue that needed a manager's attention and Johnathan, then Julian helped me. They were both friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They showed genuine concern and were attentive. They offered and explored multiple options to address my issue and handled it with the care you'd expect they'd give to their own vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed by how they handled the issue. They gave a level of customer support and concern that, frankly, I didn't expect from a subscription-based business!

I was washing my car the other day. And seen a young lady doing the trashes. Not a big deal but than the man next to me started yelling at her about a vacuum. I seen the whole interaction he was very rude to her I wanted to say something but my wife told me not. She didnt want the want the young lady to get into trouble. She was very nice and tried explaining she could call someone to help him but he kept going on and on and even went as far asking her name. I don't think she should of gave him her name he was a very rude entitled and was speaking down to her . She was trying to call someone and he walked away and I seen another women walking super nice also. Never had a problem but I hope you guys as a company can take care of your employees he was in the wrong. And I want a reply to what happened to that young lady. I would like to offer her a job or something. Cause that could of been handle very differently but she handled that very well. He was a MALE KAREN . I have a membership but might cancel if you guys treated your employee poorly. *** Update my wife Lillian Went yesterday seen the young lady she said likes her job they accommodate there employees and care for there employees which is great news to hear my wife offered her a job if this doesn't work out she politely declined ** I will update my review i had a question tho do you guys take of the employees during the heat I would love to swing by and bring them all something during the week for this weather do you provide fans or anything
