I have been going to sparkling image for years had a full membership and liked the fact that they had an all hand car wash on Stockdale. I own a lifted truck been going to this same location for for atleast 8 years and until recently they up graded their track system and will no longer wash my Truck. All the other locations no problem but they use brushes and my truck is black and you can start seeing scratches when it goes through the tunnel so I was forced to cancel my membership after years of being a member.

Hopeful but disappointed. Signed up for the monthly car wash (approximately $85) and was greatly disappointed with the car wash every time after the initial detail. Just took it in after canceling the monthly service and this validated my cancellation. On the surface the car will look clean but there have been way too many times where the car was still very dirty. And I understand I can go again but don’t feel I should have to go through 3-4 times to get the car decently clean. Will look at what else is in town cuz this isn’t it.

This is the worse place!!! ZERO STARS! Talked into paying the best top of the line car wash.. when they called me that it was ready. The entire inside was dirty and dusty still. Windows dirty. I told the guy who talked me into the top of the line and he took my car back to revacuum it and clean the inside and then it gives me my car back and says, here you go.It's all done.The whole entire inside was still dusty and dirty.My windows weren't clean.My face dashboard was not clean.Don't take your car here.It's bad and they charge you a lot of money

Never left a review anywhere besides here. Do not come here simple as that. Paid unreal amount to clean a car and was still left unclean in some parts. After the service was done they tried saying the price was wrong and tried charging me an extra $30 on top of the overpriced $250. They don't remove minor scratches and will leave dust/dirt on your car. Years ago this place was decent but has been in consistent decline since. Don't waste your time here. Tired of the bad service I decided to grab a rag and wipe off the dirt myself after paying then leaving. Also the oil/wash employees will try to up sale you with bs items. Manager said they will clean bed for the top package but never did.

This is the most ridiculous car wash on Stockdale. I thought I would give them a try one more time cuz I did the one on wible. They were terrible too. They didn't even bought. I could have done a better job for $32. I could have done it. Extreme job. I just didn't want to do it. This is ridiculous. I'm pissed
