Dec 13,2025. One time car wash for $22. $one time car wash for $22 unsafe experience.. My first time car wash in this place. After car wash and right before leaving the exit both side mirrors are frozen and I couldn’t see it . Since I can’t stop the car by exit and don’t want to bother cars who trying to exit I had no choice but going back to road. And I came back to this place again. I told employees I never wanted to scrub my mirrors because it will leave damages to my side mirror or I’ve never done it before or I’ve never seen it this happen before . But he said this is how he can remove the ice by using plastic scrub …. I had no choice but let him scrub my mirrors. He was very nice . Good customer service however this car wash machine is not good .. Because I have to go home anyways and also for safety reasons… I used to go to Tommys car wash and it was monthly payment and I used to go ones a week and I’ve never had this experience before in my life … I don’t know if it’s about weather temperature problems or Mr car wash dryer wasn’t strong enough or The drying time is short.. I’m not sure if I ever wants to go back because of car wash location or machine problems. employees are fine ..

I got the most expensive package. The parts that actually got washed look great! However the back of my car looked worse than when I entered.

Very un professional and rude. I came in here before 6 vaccum my car. The staff put closed signs and let someone else in but not me . Very disappointed
