Very unpleasant experience. I made an appointment for a tour and the lady said she was going to be late 30 minutes. After 30 minutes I called , she didn't answer. I texted her and she said 10 minutes. Another 15 minutes went by and didn't showed up. Very disappointed, I was looking forward to book for my daughter's 15 and my daughter was very excited.
