I enrolled to a 2 week trial with MKT to try out the Pilates and yoga classes and took 2 classes so far and it has been amazing. I took two Pilates classes with Asha and she is wonderful. She starts the class by helping us ground and connect to our body and then goes into the workout. After both classes, I felt uplifted, had more energy and amazing about myself. Looking forward to join MKT officially.
A wonderful space! The instructor was great, pushing us and encouraging us to keep going through the shakes and burn! The vibe there is welcoming and calm, you’re met with friendly faces and warm smiles, we even shared a laugh or two throughout the workout which was pretty nice. 10/10

I had the most amazing yoga class today! The instructor was absolutely incredible – her energy was so calming, yet motivating, and she guided us through every pose with such grace and clarity. The flow was perfectly balanced, leaving me feeling both challenged and deeply relaxed. To top it all off, she ended the session with the most beautiful touch: she applied a soothing oil during the final relaxation, which added a whole new layer of tranquility to the experience. It was such a thoughtful and grounding gesture! This class was a true gift to both body and mind. I can’t wait to return! Highly recommend it to anyone seeking not just a workout, but a moment of pure peace and self-care.
I recently attended a Yelp Elite event at a new yoga studio in Jersey City, and it was a wonderful experience! The studio is clean, modern, and beautifully set up for a relaxing session. Our class was led by Kendra, who provided excellent instruction and was very patient, making it enjoyable for everyone. The class was well-organized and truly relaxing. Convenient parking is located just across the street. I’d love to come back and try some of their other classes! Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a welcoming space.
