M&M had previously replaced my kitchen skylites, so I knew the company and Mike McCollum. I let a cold calling business inspect my old roof. They came back with a very large scope of work with a price to match. Not acceptable. So, time to call Mike. We chose an insulating underlayment and high quality shingles as an affordable improvement over the basic standard. M&M field teams are qualified, efficient and prompt. The do the work they contract to do without issue. It’s fine to get bids; just avoid the guys with paper truck tags and a strong desire to deal in cash. Roofing is a serious craft. Don’t go cheap and then regret it.

M&M recently replaced my roof. The professionalism and transparency I received from Tamara made it easy. She showed up while the roof was being replaced to make sure the job was on track. The roofers were fast and efficient and completed the job the same day. I would recommend Tamara and M&M to get your roof replaced.

Mr. Vincent from M&M roofing was incredible. He was extremely fair, kind, and patient with me. I’m a new mom juggling back to work, a new house, and my baby and toddler. We live in a different city and I was able depend on the new roof being completed quickly and professionally. If we need a roof again we will reach out to him again.

I had the pleasure of working with Aaron and his team again to install all new windows and new doors. As per usual the project went smoothly and quickly. The quality of the windows and how clean the area around inside and outside is beyond pristine. My absolute favorite part is craftsmanship of building 3 larger picture windows in place of my old French doors off my dining room is just breathtaking! I also had work done at my front door. Removed a small window and made a wall. It all looks great!!! The quality of my new front door and the whole look of it is just more than I expected! My house feels like a new home. I would definitely recommend Aaron and his team for any project you’re looking to do big or small. Competitive pricing, professionalism, extreme sense of urgency, they deliver top of the line quality products and workmanship! I’m beyond happy with my almost new home. Thank you Aaron and team!!

After meeting Jaun an going over possibility s of the remodel, we decided to go with M&M. A lot had to do with the knowledge an relationship he has with Oscar an the subcontractor team. What a great decision. We decided to go with Jaun's suggested board an batten look which we had not even imagined. Again what a great decision. We had a idea what we wanted but what we got is jus over the top. Oscar an his team were here a bit over a week an has completely reimagined our property. These guys were completely respectful of property, cleaning up very nicely each day. Of course I was looking over their shoulder daily asking questions an Oscar was a champ as well as all the guys. We hav another small project after 2st of year an no doubt I,ll be calling Jaun an M&M siding.
