We requested quotes from four different companies, but Rose Roofing stood out as the quality company. The inspection and estimate were fair. Communication was excellent and we have 30 days to pay. The crew showed up at 7 AM sharp, stripped the old roof in one day and installed new roof per our specifications. Highly recommend.

Did a great job repairing roof leaks on my neighbor's home. We live in 4 story free-standing homes in the Montrose area. Hard to find reputable roofers willing to work on 4 story residential roofs. Rose was prompt, fair priced, and cleaned all debris. I am keeping their contact information for me and my neighbor's future needs.

This is the best roofing company in Texas. Mr. Rose and his family have decades of experience in completing roof repair. He only hires the best and experienced employees to do the work. The company gives discounts for Veterans and cash. There are multiple ways to pay. They only use quality products. The company is licensed, bonded, and insured!!! I love the way that I was treated with respect and care. The roofing professions were on time, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. I have a new quality roof on my home in 12 hours! Jonathon Rose of Rose Roofing met with me pertaining to my roof replacement. We discussed the materials and work his company would provide. A contract was signed and a roof replacement date set for the following week. Of ten companies my wife and I had met with and vetted for roof replacement, we selected Rose Roofing. There were two lower bids, several others significantly more. Overall it came down to the (1) reputation of the company, (2) length of time in business, (3) company training and certification, (4) material products utilized in our roof replacement, (5) warranty, (6) person representing the business with regard to the services to be provided, and (7) the tenure and experience of the installation crew for our roof replacement. Rose Roofing stood above all candidates, providing exceptional material products, services and customer relations. The removal and installation took 9.5 hours, our roof replacement completed in a single day and our home looks fantastic.
